J Global was founded in 2001 as JGM International. Jessica Gibson wanted to couple her heart for oration, media and community outreach. Thus, the company began as Ms. Gibson traveled and did conferences workshops and media related projects. In 2008, she decided to re-name the business "J Global" reflecting her profession, heart & global outlook.
Jessica Gibson is a communicator, author, advocate, host and founder of J Global. Jessica is dedicated to helping individuals discover their purpose and destiny in life. Thus, positioning themsleves to do the same for others.
A native of Philadelphia, PA, Jess recognized her unique ability to connect with, empower, captivate and motivate an audience. At sixteen, Jess started teaching development classes for her peers as a teen leader in her local youth ministry. As her desire grew to speak before broader audiences, she received invitations to speak at various workshops and conferences.

For over ten years, Ms. Gibson has been speaking into the lives of youth and adults through empowerment, leadership, development workshops and conferences. She has traveled training individuals through practical yet powerful teaching.
Ms. Gibson is a graduate of Eastern University with a degree in communication studies and a minor in Anthropology, in which her focus areas were interpersonal and group communication, mass communication and well as cross-cultural communication. Also, while in college, Ms. Gibson was trained for a couple of years to become a licensed minister at age twenty one. Ms. Gibson is also a graduate of Global Leadership Training Center which equipped her in foregin missions and international releif. And she plans to use her training by developing relief programs to aid in international development for communites around the world as apart of J Global's Cross-Community Outreach entity.nager.

Jessica also has experience as a radio personality in which she hosted a radio show for women. The show empowered women in the areas of relationships, personal and professional development, as well as other challenges that women face everyday. The show reached audiences locally as well as internationally.
Currently, Jessica is the host of the "J Global Live Radio Show" which is a cutting edge show that brings a fresh perspective to issues surrounding relationships, purpose in life, personal development and local as well as global outreach awareness
